- The terminal name, not only “Batam”.
- The ferry operator and the scheduled arrival or departure time.
- Date, passenger count, and luggage.
- Where you go after the terminal, or where the car should collect you before the sailing.
- A phone number that works when you clear the terminal.
Schedules change, and this website does not publish ferry times. Use the time on your own ticket. If the boat is late, tell the thread you already opened with RND. Do not start a second request with a different time and no context.
Why the terminal name changes the job
The driving time, the meeting point, and the vehicle choice all follow the terminal. A group with many bags may need a larger van than two people with cabin luggage. Say that in the first message so the quotation matches the curb you will actually use.
