This page explains what happens to the details you type into the quotation form. It is a plain description of this website, not formal legal advice.
What you send
The form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, travel date, pickup time, pickup location, destination, number of passengers, vehicle preference, service type, and duration. Email and additional requirements are optional.
Where it goes
The website does not save the form in a database. When you submit, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message addressed to +62 857 6223 7347. From that moment the conversation is on WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
If you email rndtransportbatam@gmail.com, that message is handled in the inbox, not by this website.
What we do not do here
This website does not create a customer account, does not ask for a password, and does not take payment. It does not publish reviews or ratings.
Google Analytics is not loaded unless a measurement ID is added later by the site owner. No analytics ID is shipped with the website today.
How long the chat is kept
RND keeps the WhatsApp conversation for as long as it is needed to quote, confirm, and support the trip, and then according to the team’s own records. This website cannot delete a WhatsApp chat for you. Ask the team in the same thread if you want the request discarded before it is handled.
