These terms describe how a request on this website works. The quotation you receive from RND is the document that sets the trip. This page is not formal legal advice.
A request is not a booking
Submitting the form, or opening WhatsApp, does not confirm a vehicle or a driver. The trip is confirmed only after RND sends a quotation and you accept it.
Prices
RND does not publish fixed fares, starting prices, or discounts. The price depends on the vehicle category, duration, route, number of passengers, luggage, partner availability, and special requirements.
Vehicles
Photographs show a representative vehicle in a category. RND does not promise that a specific car is free, and does not claim to own the partner fleet. The vehicle and driver are confirmed before pickup.
Who does the journey
A partner provides the vehicle and driver and carries out the trip. RND handles the request, the quotation, communication, confirmation, and support.
Changes and cancellation
Change and cancellation terms are written in your quotation. They are not invented on this page.
Hours and coverage
Operating hours are 10:00–17:00 Batam time (WIB). Coverage described on this website is Hang Nadim International Airport, Batam Centre, Harbour Bay, Sekupang, and private or corporate trips in Batam, unless a quotation says otherwise.
