Match the category to the group
- Standard MPV: a small group with ordinary luggage.
- Innova: when you want a larger, more comfortable MPV.
- HiAce: a group, or a small group with more bags than seats suggest.
- Luxury: when the request specifically asks for it, and a partner can supply it.
If you are unsure, choose no preference and describe the people and the bags. Seat count on a brochure is not the same as a comfortable ride with suitcases. Say if someone needs the front seat, or if a folded stroller is coming.
What confirmation covers
RND checks the category against what a partner can provide that day. If the first choice is not available, you hear that before pickup, not at the curb. You can accept another category or change the plan. Driver details follow the confirmation.
