Corporate transportation here is a car with a driver for a business visit in Batam: a guest landing at Hang Nadim, a meeting, a project site, or a ferry connection. Each visit is quoted on its own. RND does not claim a roster of retained clients.
Put this in the first message
- Company name, and the name of the person RND should reply to.
- Dates, start times, and whether the need is one way, a day, or several days.
- Each stop, in order, including the airport or ferry terminal if used.
- How many guests, and whether they travel together or in separate cars.
- Whether the quotation should be addressed to a company, and if an invoice will be required.
Passenger names can follow once the shape of the job is agreed. Flight numbers should arrive before the pickup day. A brief that says “a few cars next week” cannot be priced.
What the quotation is, and is not
The quotation is the offer for that brief. It is not a confirmed booking, and it is not a public rate card. Billing details are written there. A registered legal entity name is not published on this website yet. If your process needs a specific company name on the invoice, ask before you accept, not after the guests have travelled.
Vehicles and drivers still come from the partner fleet. RND handles the request, the standard you were quoted, and the communication. Driver details are sent before each departure covered by the confirmation.
